Fertilizer tank meters: port, board factor in use, and latest raw pulse count

pulse_at = null means NO pulse has EVER been received from this device. Within each channel: pulse = -1 means no meter / unreadable · 0 means a meter IS present but has not turned · null means the board has not sent that field. Three values, three different meanings.
